My name is George and I am a student at McGill. I started Ampleton over the winter break after getting a little too into sticker making, one thing led to another and I ended up with a full production setup, a registered company, and more orders than I can handle alone.
Over the past few months I have been working with clubs on campus and local businesses to make fully custom die-cut stickers. Most orders ship within three days. It is a real operation, and it is growing.
That is why I am looking for three people to join the team.
Illustrator (1 spot) — You will handle custom artwork and client designs, making sure every order looks right before it ships. You are comfortable in Illustrator or Figma and you actually care about the details.
Operations Associate (2 spots) — You will manage orders from start to finish. Talking to customers, keeping track of production, making sure nothing falls through the cracks. You are organized and on top of things.
Both roles are part-time and flexible around your schedule. Pay is based on your contribution. If you turn out to be the right person, there is a lot more on the table than just a part-time gig.
